When it comes to your emergency power system, reliability starts with attention to detail.
During each Clifford Power service visit, a certified generator technician performs a 99-Point Generator Inspection to thoroughly evaluate the critical systems that keep your standby power system running when it matters most, including:
- Engine Electrical (Starting System)
- Generator
- Safety Controls / Control Panel
- Instrumentation
- Air Induction & Exhaust
- Lubrication System
- Cooling System
- Fuel System
- Automatic Transfer Switch
This proactive approach helps catch minor problems early, before they become emergencies or costly repairs.
Paperless Reporting
Our technicians don’t just inspect your equipment — they provide a detailed report confirming the operational condition of each component and identifying potential issues. We provide all reports electronically to keep reporting accurate and prompt.
True Generator Technicians
Our technicians are certified through the Electrical Generating Systems Association (EGSA) — the only nationally recognized association dedicated to power generation. With rigorous certification and ongoing training, they’re equipped to service generators of all makes and models.
We Leave It Cleaner Than We Found It
After every inspection, Clifford Power technicians ensure your generator is cleaner than when we arrived.
Why does this matter? A clean generator isn’t just about appearances — it’s about performance and protection:
- Loose debris can puncture radiators and lead to costly repairs.
- Pests often chew through wires or build nests that damage sensitive components.
- Corrosion from fluids, leaks or spills can compromise reliability.
By keeping your equipment clean and well-maintained, we help reduce the risk of failure and ensure your generator is prepared for any power outage.
