A: In many cases, you will need an electrician to connect the rental generator to your building or the point of power distribution. Clifford Power works with electrical contractors throughout the metro area and beyond who are experienced with connecting temporary generators.

Q: How is the rental generator transported to my site location?

A: All of our rental generators are trailer mounted. You have the option to tow the equipment yourself or else our local team can arrange a truck to deliver it for you.

Q: Will I need to buy diesel fuel?

A: Each diesel generator has a fuel tank that can run approximately 24 hours. For longer generator rentals, you will need to re-fill the tank. Our local team can provide recommendations for fueling services.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Clifford Power accepts most traditional forms of payment including credit cards. Our generator service customers also have the option to establish a line of credit.

Q: If I need support during my rental agreement, who do I call?
