Jeremy Lewis began his career with Clifford Power in 1994 as a shop technician, earning a series of promotions to field technician, lead technician, Tulsa service manager, director of service and training, vice president of central operations and vice president of corporate operations. Lewis was appointed president of Clifford Power Systems Inc. in 2017.

Throughout Lewis’ career with Clifford Power, he has managed various service operations with increasing success — implementing best practices, efficient processes, responsible business practices and keeping our focus on the core values that Clifford Power was founded upon: providing industry-leading service to our customers and being the employer of choice in our industry.

With a career spanning more than 25 years with Clifford Power, Lewis has extensive knowledge of our company and the industry we serve. As president, he oversees the strategic direction of Clifford Power and oversees more than 165 employees and branch locations throughout five states, including Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Arkansas and Missouri.

Rhonda Mills is responsible for the operations at all Clifford Power locations. She ensures each location is meeting service level commitments for all customers and consistently implements company policies and procedures. She is also responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels to best serve our customers and ensuring all facilities are properly maintained.

Mills began her career at Clifford in 2015 as corporate parts manager and was promoted to vice president of operations in May 2016. In this position, she is able to leverage her business acumen and experience across industries and cultures to drive extraordinary results. She has over 25 years of experience in executive level management, supply chain management and business development. Mills has a diverse background that includes international business, start-ups, system implementations, leadership development and strategic planning.

Mills received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Langston University and an associate degree in accounting from Tulsa Junior College. She is one of only 10,000 people  worldwide who hold a certification in supply chain management by The Association for Operations Management (APICS). Her professional associations include The Association for Operations Management (APICS), U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Tulsa Area United Way Women’s Leadership Council and the Owasso School Board.

Stephanie Benson is responsible for developing annual sales plans and budgets for all Clifford Power sales channels. She ensures each location meets our service level commitments for all customers and consistently implements company policies and procedures.

Benson began her career with Clifford Power Systems in 2008 as a branch/sales operations manager of our corporate facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this capacity, she managed a local team of sales representatives, operations staff and administrative personnel. With proven success, she has accepted new challenges and promotions within our organization including corporate operations director, regional sales manager, service sales director, director of service and rental sales, and business development manager for sister company Luxa Enterprises. With her extensive knowledge of our industry and organization, Benson was appointed vice president of sales at Clifford Power in 2017.

Benson holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing with a sales emphasis from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. She began her MBA studies at Liberty University, graduating magna cum laude in 2008.

Frauke Quiroga oversees all accounting, treasury, human resources and payroll services for Clifford through LUXA Enterprises, a shared services organization founded by Ken Clifford and Tom Clifford, where she also serves as partner and president.

Prior to joining LUXA in 2008, Quiroga’s professional background included more than 20 years of accounting, auditing and business leadership experience. She has held executive positions with Bell Canada Enterprises, Allied Signal/Honeywell, Hilti and John Zink (Koch Chemical Technologies).

Quiroga holds a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in international business from Concordia University. She is also certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and SHRM CP. Quiroga has been honored by Tulsa Business & Legal News as a Woman of Distinction and is a member of the Tulsa Chamber SBC Advisory Board. She actively volunteers with many local charities and is a council member of the Tulsa Area United Way Women’s Leadership Council.

Landon Morris is responsible for managing company hardware and software as well as supporting the applications and databases used by all divisions in the company. Throughout his time at Clifford Power, Morris has worked to close the gaps between the IT, sales and operations departments in order to provide solutions that allow all levels of Clifford Power to deliver world-class service to our customers.

Beginning his career at Clifford Power in 2011 in the newly-created role of CRM administrator, Morris demonstrated great success at improving the functionality, value and employee-acceptance of the company’s CRM software. In 2013 Morris was promoted to computer systems manager to oversee the implementation of the company’s first new ERP system in nearly 20 years, which was quickly followed by the rollout of the company’s first mobile-technician application in 2016. Shortly after, Morris assumed the responsibilities of department head for IT, and in 2017 he was named to the leadership team as director of information technology.

Morris earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2014 from the University of Phoenix.

Ken Clifford began his career as a mechanic and eventually went to work for United Engines, specializing in oil field sales applications such as drilling rigs, frack units and generators. During this time he gained significant experience in the mechanical applications of original equipment manufacturing (OEM). With strong results in this role, it quickly became evident that Clifford excelled in industrial sales and he was promoted to lead a team of sales engineers within the company.

While at United Engines, Clifford was approached to explore the opportunity to serve as a Generac distributor. After convincing his employer that this was a great line of business to expand into, he was given the oversight to grow this business, which he did successfully. This experience led him to realize the market potential of the product, so he pursued starting his own Generac distributorship.

In April 1985, along with his father and armed with a very small financial stake, Ken Clifford opened Clifford Power Systems in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Two months later they were joined by his brother Tom. In the early years, Ken Clifford’s deep technical knowledge and sales expertise proved invaluable since the three Cliffords were the company's sole employees. From these humble beginnings, the Cliffords established the foundation for a company that now comprises 10 office locations; provides a full complement of life-cycle generator solutions including sales, service, rental and parts; employs more than 165 professionals; and has annual revenues in excess of $35 million.

Today, Clifford is retired and serves on the board of directors for Clifford Power Systems with his brother Tom. In this role, he is an advisory member of our leadership team and is instrumental in collectively determining the outcomes and direction for Clifford Power Systems. Clifford also works closely with the company's legal counsel and develops and maintains relationships with key partners.

The Clifford brothers have founded many ventures in addition to Clifford Power Systems, including LUXA Enterprises, which provides outsourced solutions for accounting, payroll, human resources and marketing; XTC Land Company; ConstructComm LLC; Ultimate Service Associates Inc.; and ReVolt LLC.

Tom Clifford began his career by attending Kettering University — formerly General Motors Institute. This unique industrial engineering program combined academics with application by alternating six weeks of traditional classroom education with six weeks of internship in various departments at a General Motors facility. By the time Clifford graduated with his bachelor's degree, he possessed a firm foundation of industrial engineering principles and real-life experiences in every aspect of management and operations for a large industrial operation.

Upon graduation, Clifford served as a product expert for a heavy equipment transmission line for Detroit Diesel Allison, a division of General Motors. In this capacity, he was responsible for working with the engineering and manufacturing staff to resolve issues encountered by dealers and owners in the field. Within a year and a half, he was promoted to serve as a regional service representative with oversight of two distributorships in relationship to their provision of General Motor products. In this role, he oversaw every aspect of distributorship operations including customer service, parts, sales, complaint resolution, business administration and strategic business plan development.

In 1985, Ken Clifford and his father started Clifford Power Systems as a sole distributorship of Generac products in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Within two months, Tom Clifford joined them in business. In the early years, Tom Clifford’s experience in all aspects of business and operations, as well as his knowledge of engines, was invaluable as the three Cliffords were the company's sole employees and were directly involved in sales, administration and technical support.
